Fantastic to reinforce editing. Students applied what they learnt.
This was a great recourse to use during my small group time!
This resource was very helpful! Thank you for this resource!
I was able to use one copy of this activity for multiple students given the number of sentences provided; students randomly chose a sentence from a handful of sentences facing down. Sentences were straightforward and lent themselves well to a four-step editing process; there was even room to write corrective symbols on the strips for reference when transcribing the new sentence onto paper.
A great way to practice early editing skills for my higher learners.
Amazing resource! So helpful that the sentences were separated into a variety of levels. This allowed students to engage in editing at their reading/writing level. Students LOVED this!
This resource is a wonderful idea. I also printed onto coloured card and it was appealing to my students. Thank you!
great activity to help with early writing tasks recommend
