This product is now available in two formats, printable and Google Classroom. The Google Classroom version includes all student handouts, posters and task cards. Answer keys are kept separate on the printable version. The printable version has remained the same.

Sentence Structure Review: In this activity, students review simple, compound, complex, and compound-complex sentences by identifying sentence types, clauses, coordinating conjunctions, and relative pronouns. The set features a multiple-choice review quiz, 40 task cards, and a matching build-your-own storage case for fun and convenient organization of your cards. My students love to use the task cards with a partner as part of a class competition!

• Student recording sheets

• Multiple-choice quiz with 20 multiple-choice review questions

This resource was easy to use and very effective in giving examples of the types of sentences. I did a shortened version in class and had my 9th grade students label a few of the sentences. Then, I used just half of the quiz at the end of the week (10 questions). Worked well!
