Description

This September 11th PowerPoint Project is a mini lesson and assignment for students to learn and discover the true meaning of hero. Includes basic vocabulary, historical background, the definition of a hero, and a partner activity looking at a timeline of events at the 9-11 Memorial website. Students are then given an assignment to complete (5 choices) and includes a rubric. Just type in the assignment due date. All slides are editable. 11 slides.
