Description
This project is an eco-themed project, designed especially for the upper grades to practise and consolidate their maths knowledge and strategies across addition, subtraction, mulitplication, division and fractions, using a combination of whole numbers and decimal numbers.
An answer section is included in the back pages.
This project was used as part of the IB transdisciplinary theme 'Sharing the Planet', covering a range of facts related to the Serengeti, but it can also be used as a standalone project.
There are tips included on some of the pages, to guide students, allowing them to work independently on the project.
You can use this as independent work, or teach to the sections, allowing your students to then go and practise independently.
Please do leave feedback, this allows you to earn TPT credits for further purchases.
