At least it has been for us, which is why we bring our revised data tracking method to you. This template has been a growing project for the past few years. Currently, it is the most effective/concise way to keep track of important details about the student such as goals, personal information, plans (task analysis) and session notes in one page. Each sheet is designed to track data for an entire month. With this guide, you no longer have to carry around two to three binders or papers with different information.
