How to use the activity in Google Slides or Seesaw:
- Students will read the text on each slide.
- They determine the setting and move the letter of their answer to the box on the slide.
- If correct, they’ll see a happy face.
How to use the Google Forms activity:
- You will send the form to your students.
- Students will read the text on each slide and identify the setting.
- They will select their answer.
- When they finish answering all 20 questions, they will click “submit” and may see which answers were correct and which were incorrect.
- You can easily assign the activity if you use Google Classroom (instructions for this are included in the pdf).
How to use the printable task cards:
- Print the cards on card stock in color or black and white. Laminate, if desired, and cut apart the cards. Print a recording sheet for each student.
- Learners read each card and determine the setting.
- Then they fill in the oval with the answer or write their answer on the recording sheet.
- An answer key is included for quick checking.
