Description
This lesson allows students to understand the attributes of various shapes and be able to give the correct names based on angles or faces. Students will use the information to create an illustration on Catchbook following specific criteria. They will then compare their illustration with a partner to write a critique comparing and contrasting their illustrations using the proper mathematical vocabulary.
This lesson utilizes Catchbook by Siemens PLM Software. Catchbook is a 2D sketching tool available from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Windows Store.
