Description

Add a little seasonal magic to your Fall-themed lessons with this adorable Shape Pumpkin Craft! This simple, hands-on activity is perfect for young learners, helping them develop essential fine motor skills, geometry skills, and literacy skills—all while having fun creating their own unique pumpkins!

Perfect Pairing: Pair the craft with the heartwarming story "Spookley the Square Pumpkin" by Joe Troiano for even more shape-based learning!

What’s Included:

  • Smiley Shape Pumpkins: Square, Oval, Circle, and Triangle options for a cheerful twist
  • Regular Shape Pumpkins: Square, Oval, Circle, and Triangle to explore classic pumpkin shapes
  • Step-by-Step Picture Directions: Easy-to-follow instructions for a fun and successful craft session
  • Printable Craft Pages: Choose from the classic Cut and Paste Craft or the simpler one-page Color, Cut, and Paste Craft (perfect for younger learners or quick prep)
  • Pumpkin Label Title
  • Shape Craft Math Activity: After completing the craft, have students fill out the shape activity sheet. This may include identifying each shape used in their craft, counting how many of each shape used and writing that number on a line in or next to the shape.
