Description

Shape Raccoon is a fun Autumn Craft to create with your students and hang in the hallways reminding us that harvest time is here with all its fun colors and joys of being in the outdoors. It also reminds us of harvest time not only for ourselves, but for all the small creatures of the forest that are collecting a food supply for the winter.

Included with this fun craft is an opportunity for students to GRAPH and ANALYZE the shapes that make up raccoon. All shapes are easy to cut and assemble, and to even make fewer shapes to cut out; I created a second set of shapes that include the stripes in the tail and the black mask part of the head. It requires more ink when you are copying, but makes it easy for our very young to cut and assemble.
