Description
This resource contains 40 CVC short vowel picture cards that students will use to sort by identifying which words rhyme. For each vowel, 2 different rhyming word families are included and there are 4 picture cards in each word family. Students will be sorting to find all rhyming word sin that word family to create a rhyming word chain. Included in this resource are full lesson plans with 4 different lessons that can be taught using the cards in this resource to teach hearing, identifying, and generating rhyme.
