Description

This multi-sensory hands on problem solving center, has everything necessary to engage students with becoming more confident with counting money. Students will choose a card display the coins and then determine how much money is shown. These problem solving activities will help reinforce and build confidence money to $1.00.
This activity includes:
* 2 Piggy Bank learning mats and all the necessary money manipulatives to count. --- You can choose to use real coins, or plastic hands on money (not included).
* 40 individual coins task cards 8 cards per coin and 8 cards with a variety of mixed coins.
* Student recording sheet and self check card

This activity covers Common Core Standards for Measurement and Data grade 2.

This packet contain vertical and landscape pages. Please set printer accordingly when printing.
