Description
In my role as a reading interventionist, I found a need for word cards that highlighted skills we were working on. So, I created these word cards that focus on:
- Uppercase and Lowercase Letters
- CVC Words
- Words with Bonus Letters
- Words with Blends
- Words with Glued Sounds
- Primary Sight Words
You can print them in black and white on colored cardstock like I did, OR you may choose to print them in color on white cardstock to accentuate the spelling patterns in red. There are so many word cards in this product that I was able to take half of the cards home for remote teaching, while keeping the other half in school for in-person learning.
In addition to using the cards as flash cards, you can have your students sort them or you could print two sets and use them for a memory game.
