Keeping track of your students whereabouts become easier with this resource!

Students write their name and time they are leaving the classroom. Then they circle the letter codes to indicate where they are going. (BR = Bathroom; W = Water; N = Nurse; O = Office). After coming back students note the time returned.

Place the sheet on a clipboard near the door for easy sign out and in!
