Description

Spice up your daily counting routines using these SILLY VOICE CARDS!  Especially if you use the curriculum Math Expressions, you will find these very helpful.  We know how important counting is to number development, but often these routines become boring and students lose interest. Whether you are counting by 1s, 2s, 5s, or 10s, these will keep your students interested and engaged!

HOW TO USE:

You can display a silly voice for the day or have your students draw a card for each routine. Cards can also be attached to a popsicle stick and placed in a jar.

Students count using the voice card that they drew.

For example:

Robot: Students count in a robot voice

Baby: Students count in a baby voice

Cowboy: Students count in a cowboy voice

This set includes 20 silly voice cards! Check out this blog post that shows a demonstration video and explains how I use SILLY VOICE CARDS in the classroom.

The children love these during our Red Word process with IMSE. They'll really focus during the first two times that we spell and trace together, so that we can choose a silly voice the 3rd time.
