This assignment is to be completed BEFORE students know the shortcuts to show triangles are similar. In this assignment students will be working with similar polygons and similar triangles. They will start by finding the similarity ratio of some figures. Then they will find the missing side lengths of some shapes using proportions. They will also be identifying corresponding sides and congruent angles. Finally there is a challenge problem that is a word problem.
