Description

This is a simple memory book that I made for my Kindergarten students. It could work for 1st grade or 2nd grade too! :)

This document is in Google Slides and it is fully editable. You may change the cover, headings, tables, etc. to meet the needs of your own class.

This is meant to be printed and stapled into packets for students to complete with pencil/crayons, and hopefully keep for a long time afterwards! I've had students complete 1 page each day. If they finish early, they can decorate or color the border around the edge.

12 pages included (but you may use the template for more!):

-Cover

-All About Me

-My Favorites

-Before and After

-My Classmates

-My Teachers

-My Day

-My Specials Classes

-I am perseverant (or kind, or smart, or whatever you want it to be!)

-I will always remember...

-I love Kindergarten! (or first grade, or second grade, etc.)

-Blank template to choose your own heading

*PRINTING TIP*: Click File > Print > More Settings > Scale and choose “Fit to printable area”. Sometimes Google Slides and PDFs will print with a black box around images. To prevent this, after you edit the slides to your liking, click “File” > “Download” > “PDF” and save to your desktop. Open the file from your desktop to print, rather than printing from your browser.

Enjoy and please let me know if you have any questions!
