Description
Using the basic rules of classic games of Go Fish, Old Maid, Memory, and War, this lesson uses multiplication cards to enhance and deepen understanding of factors, common products, and the Commutative Property of Multiplication. With rules that adjust to the students' specific stage of multiplication skills, these set of games allows a teacher to use increase difficulty as the students level of mastery improves.
Instructions are very specific and games are broken into three levels:
LEVEL 1: Students just getting to know multiplication facts
LEVEL 2: Students who have memorized multiplication facts
LEVEL 3: Students who have mastered multiplication facts
They are easy to reproduce for students to take home and practice through play.
