Combining Like Terms Simplifying Algebraic Expressions 6th Grade Math Coloring Activity City Theme. Students will simplify expressions by combining like terms including positive and negative numbers. For example, simplifying -a - b + a + b - a + b

All answers are included.

Notes:

There are 24 questions.

Each answer occurs twice, once with a number and once with a color.

The matching color can then be used to color the picture in a fun color by number activity.

This activity should take around an hour to complete.

All answers are included, so you can easily mark students work.

The resource is printed in black and white for the students to color in.
