Simplifying Fractions Memory Game

In this game, students will follow the traditional rules of memory. In order to make a match, students will match two equivalent fractions together. In order to find the equivalent fractions, students will need to simplify fractions. There are nine different sets to this game, creating the opportunity to differentiate the activity. The sets are as follows:

1.Students will match written fractions.

2.Students will create their own memory game using written fractions.

3.Students will match illustrated fraction circles.

4.Students will match illustrated fraction bars.

5.Students will create their own memory game using fraction circles.

6.Students will create their own memory game using fraction bars.

7.Students will create their own memory game using written fractions and illustrated fractions.

8.Students will match written fractions and illustrated fractions.

9.Students will match written fractions and illustrated fractions.
