This Simplifying Radicals activity is a fun, self-checking way for students to practice their simplifying radicals, sometimes with coefficients and variables. With each correct answer, they earn up to $1,000,000. No prep needed!
Overview - Students will simplify radicals. Questions may include positive and negative coefficients and variables under the radical.

Students can complete all 12 questions and try to accumulate as much money as possible OR you can determine a certain amount of money students can earn (ie: “Earn $7,500,000”), and students can answer questions in any order.
