This is a multi-purpose document.
It can be used as a way to introduce Singapore Math to an entire staff or to introduce Singapore Math to a class. This will work for all kids from 1st grade all the way to High School. All of the problems are meant to encourage students to use the 8-Step Model Drawing Process as a means to solve the problems listed and future problems.
Singapore Math works for 88% of ALL MATH PROBLEMS and, as if that weren't enough, the Common Core State Standards were written using several curriculums and Singapore Math was one of them.

I need to get going on Singapore math and this looks good! The only thing I don't know is how to make a unit model. There were not any diagrams that showed what this looks like, so I would need some help. I am sure it's simple, but "bar models" is all the buzz, and I don't know how to do them. Thanks!
