This PowerPoint presentation has animated GIFs or looping videos as a great teaching tool for getting students of all ages and ability levels accustom to seeing the jump rope with their eyes while performing a variety of jumps over the rope while it is laying on the floor. This resource, when projected on a wall, screen or Smartboard, will provide great visuals, teaching cues, and rhythmic progressions to improve overall jump rope skill and coordination for your students

Within this presentation you and your students will find multiple skill progression challenges where students jump over the rope while it lays on the floor. The collection of movements includes = Jump Switches, Stationary Jumps, Scissor Jumps, Bell Jumps, Ski Jumps, Bell and Ski Hops, and all of the above Escalator Style.

Basic jump rope progression introductory visuals include = How to pick a correct sized jump rope, learn how to move without a rope, learn to move the rope, and coordinate their body and movement of the rope to start a basic jump.
