Need a different activity for your advanced precalculus students? Here is your answer, a journal project focusing on the trigonometric unit of Pre-calculus. A full answer key is included. It is ready to print and go. Students will construct a unit circle and use it, graph transformations of trigonometric functions while calculating the midline, amplitude, period and frequency of a function. Students will evaluate trig expressions using exact values. Students will construct trig functions given a list of characteristics and will using the arc length formula. Students will apply concepts of sinusoidal functions given different situations and will find sinusoidal regression models.
