This project is a bundle that will help teachers implement Scratch programming inside of their classroom. This lesson aligns with a unit on slope. This lesson should deepen the understanding the students have on the slope formula as well as parallel and perpendicular slopes. This bundle includes, a project goal, the aligned standards, the blocks that the students will need to use to create the program, a student exploratory guide, a step-by-step teacher guide, and a solution to the program. In this lesson students will create a program that will solve for the slope of any two lines. Then, the program will identify, using the slopes, if the lines are parallel, perpendicular, or neither.
