This is 20 pages of notes that cover from introduction to slope intercept form through calculating slope intercept form given two points. There are word problem examples and ample opportunities to practice. Some places may require you to fill in the blanks for students (vocab) and drawing graphs for students to work with. I left them blank intentionally so you can draw lines your students struggle with (negative slopes or slopes that are fractions for example).
Does not include lessons on Slopes but does include review for finding the slope of a line given two points.
*Students must also know how to find points that exist on a line through use of a table.
