Description

Included in this set of digital pages are 7 pages on slope. The first page quickly defines slope, shows on a graph what slope is, and shows different interpretations for slope. The second page is on types of slope. Students define positive, negative, zero and undefined slope. The third through fifth pages have students identify the slope of lines shown. The remaining two pages have students draw a line on a coordinate plane with slope equal to the value given. Colored and black and white versions of each page is included (to allow for students who may need the differentiation).

This set is included in the Linear Equations Digital Note Bundle

Included in this set :

  • 1 digital note page
  • 1 page on types of slope
  • 3 pages asking students to identify slope
  • 2 pages where students draw a line with the given slope
  • Completed suggested answer keys

To use these pages:

Review information with students. These are not your regular 1, 2, 3 note pages. Go through them in the order your students need! You may start filling in information at the bottom of a page rather than the top. You may start on the left side instead of the right. There is no “correct” order. These notes are meant to help anchor student learning by providing clear, concise, engaging notes. One of the pages is black and white, one copy has color. Choose which page(s) you want students to have. Make a copy of the document. Delete any unnecessary pages (like the answer key, and the direction page) before making a copy and sending to students!

We really enjoyed using this hybridly in my classroom this year. It helped reinforce teacher instruction as well as allow students to have something to turn in similar to a worksheet or notebook.
