Tracking and documenting your time with your students during small group is a snap with my small group observation templates!

They are formatted to fit a sticky note, but you can also just write inside the boxes. As your group page fills up, you can transfer the sticky notes to a page just for that student!

What Is Editable:

Everything is editable except for the boxes! So you can change the name of the groups, the font, & colors!

Great value

This resource allows me to be more organized, professional and thorough! I quickly write an observation on a sticky note about a student and place on the page I labeled for that class period because the pages are editable. I also 3 hole punch my sheet and place in a binder. My paras also use these so they can note observations quickly and remember the date and time of day the observation was noted. This way, I can continue to teach my classes without having to stop to write official observation slips at that precise moment. During my conference, I go over my sticky notes and document accordingly.
