Small Group Warm Up: Math (Beginning of Year K-1)

This product includes a cover page and task cards designed for a small group warm up activity. When it comes to rolling out guided math, students need a lot of help and support during the beginning stages. I found myself running around the room trying to get all the stations going and then I would turn around to see the group at my teacher table just sitting there. The reality is I need a minute or two to get guided math going and the students at the teacher table need something to do while I'm doing that, so I created this product! Students will be able to work on this task box while I am getting the rest of the class settled and by the time they are done we all will be ready to start.

Setting up this product is as simple as printing and laminating. You can use this as a small group warm up, independent practice, or math station.
