SMART goals help people set clear, achievable targets. The idea is to move from vague hopes ("I want to get better at fitness") to specific actions ("I will jog for 30 minutes, 3 times a week for the next 2 months").
The purpose is to increase motivation, improve focus, and make it easier to monitor and celebrate progress.
With this set of downloads, SMARTER builds on SMART by adding two more important ideas- for this I used E-evaluate how it's going and 2 options for R- Revise and/or Reward.
