This snowman set is perfect for you math and language arts needs!
Included in this set you will find 2 math activities.
Snowy Subtraction is 2 digit subtraction with and without borrowing. These task cards can be used in small group, reteaching, or for a whole class scoot style game. Answer key and recording sheet are included!
Build YOUR snowman includes cards with different snowman parts on them that students will answer questions to build their own snowman. The questions range from 2 digit place value, adding, subtracting, multiplying by 0, 1, 2, 5, and 10. A student recording sheet is included.
Both math activities include a full color copy, and then ink friendly copies as well
There is a writing activity where students will describe their snowman. They will have to identify nouns, verbs and adjectives about their snowman. Then they will have time to write about their snowman, and tell a story.
The last activity is Snowball spelling! There is a spelling list, and a new Snowball Spelling Activity List.
These activities will keep your students engaged during the month of December as Christmas is approaching, or during January after we return from our break!
