This google slides interactive has students practice counting on skills for adding two sets within the context of adding buttons to a snowman. Students are given the number of buttons on the snowman and then have to add additional buttons to the bottom snowball to find the total and practice typing the total in the blue text box.

There are two versions for differentiated learning. One just has the number of the buttons, and then a dot die to show how many more buttons to add on. The other has the buttons located under the number. Students can move the number off of the snowman to physically see and count the buttons if they aren't quite ready for counting on. All sets are within 10.

All items of the snowman are in the background with the exception of the additional buttons and blue text box to type the answer so students are not able to manipulate of accidentally change any numbers or text.

The final slide of both the regular slides and differentiated slides has a stop sign on it. These items are not in the background so you can edit or change the numbers as your students need. If you choose to do this, you will need to put them into the background when you are finished before pushing out to students.
