Ms. Katie's Adventure's Preschool students loved playing and sorting the snowman by color!


Snowman color sort:

Print, cut out and laminate the different pieces of the snowmen. Have students identify and sort the different pieces of the snowman to create a full snowman.


Students will practice color identification and sorting by color as they piece together parts of the snowman. The set includes black, gray, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, white and pink.

There are two sets included. One set focus’s on color identification and the other focus’s on color word identification. Please mix and match for what works best for your needs!

My students loved this activity! I added magnets on the back and this allowed them to build them on cookie sheets. Also, I made it into a matching game.
