What's Included in THIS product? 2 fun, silly activities for Grades 3-5 w/ Answer Keys. If you are familiar with Prickly Pear Puzzles, this set is a bit easier than the average puzzle I write, as it is intended to be a fun, easy sponge activity. Both products come in color and B&W.

• Soccer Joke Decoder A decoding activity with the decoder built right into the page. Students will use attention to detail to decode the punch line for the jokes. All the jokes listed are the jokes from the logic puzzle. It also comes in a "Football" version for my friends who teach around the world.

• Soccer Tricks An 8 X 8 Matrix grid logic puzzle. Students used critical reading and deductive reasoning to match each soccer player with their favorite soccer joke. This is a bit easier than my normal logic puzzles, Perfect for those days when you need a critical thinking sponge activity that's fun but not too stressful. :) Also great for students who are beginners at solving logic puzzles.

• Football Follies An 8 X 8 Matrix grid logic puzzle. Essentially the same puzzle as Soccer Tricks with some vocabulary differences.

• Attention to detail with a decoder

Students may do the two activities in either order. I recommend printing back to back and let students choose whether to start with the Logic Puzzle or the decoder. The students who previewd this recommended doing the decoder first, but it is up to you! This is a low prep, print and go, make your teacher life easier, kind of activity.

While most Prickly Pear Puzzles tend to be extra challenging, this puzzle set is designed for the grades 3-5, and is fairly easy.
