Description

This bundle includes lessons and task cards for teaching, discussing, and practicing social skills. Lessons focus on empathy, basic interactions, and conversation skills. Social skills can be taught by a regular education teacher, special education teacher, or other support professional. Social skills are critical for student success in and out of the classroom. Regular education students, struggling students, and students with disabilities (such as ADHD, ODD, and autism) would benefit from this bundle.

Digital Versions

Note that digital versions are included for all products. This allows students to be able to open and type right into each resource on Google Drive.

In this bundle, you will get:

{ Social Skills Task Cards }

A set of 80 social skills task cards that highlight real social situations. The cards ask the students to act out real-life situations and engage with partners and/or a group. They can be used at a variety of age/grade groups. Cards are split into five major areas including basic interaction, conversations, empathy, friendships, and dealing with conflicts.

{ Social Skills Lessons for Basic Interactions }

A pack of 10 lessons with 20 student worksheets that teach basic interactions social skills. Lessons focus on areas including making eye contact, greetings, classroom body language, sharing, maintaining personal space, having a positive attitude, and more.

{ Social Skills Lessons for Conversations }

A pack of 12 lessons with 29 student worksheets that teach conversation skills. Lessons focus on several areas such as starting a conversation, listening to others, getting to know others, finding similar interests, taking turns, keeping eye contact, staying on topic, noticing others’ social cues., and more.

{ Social Skills Lessons for Empathy & Feelings }

A pack of 12 lessons with 29 student worksheets that teach empathy and feelings. Lessons target understanding your feelings, noticing the feelings of others, perspective taking, coping with emotions, using “I” statements, using self-control, and more.
