These materials are for introducing students to the concept of Soil Orders and Suborders - ready for high school level! In this set you'll get the PowerPoint of the Soil Orders along with maps of where they are found in the world and US, along with a student packet for recording.
It also includes a doc set of pics (in color) that can be printed using minimum number of pages, but are cut apart and students paste into their interactive notebooks or binders as you learn about each. For my advanced students, these are bell ringers. We cut apart the color pages and glue them onto the handout (printed in black and white - cost) meaning more efficient in printing in color and is more hands on/active.
The final page is for helping to understand how soil suborders are named and described.
