This unit is all about the Solar System. Included is 3 different power points.
- The first Power point includes information about the Sun, all of the planets, and includes additional information about the moon and its 8 phases, this presentation is 46 slides.
-The second Power point is covers the stars, black holes, and telescopes. This presentations is 10 slides.
-The third Power point is solely vocabulary that will be covered within the unit. This presentation is 19 slides.
-Also included are 6 different worksheets that correspond to the information in the presentations, as well as 9 pages that are fill in the blank follow along pages, that can also be utilized to assist with answering the questions on the worksheets, or used as study guides.
- The last piece included are vocabulary cards that can be printed out, laminated and saved for repeated use.
This unit can last 2-3 weeks. I covered a few slides a day or every other day and handed out the fill in the blank sheets to ensure my students were following along.

The content was spot on, but there were a few of the structured notes that I had to update and convert to word documents in order for it to work for my students
