Description
With this resource you will get 2 pages (6 problems) assessment for solving absolute values inequalities algebraically and graphically.
Each problem asks students to solve absolute value inequalities algebraically and put the answers on a number line. Students then will graph the inequality and see where it intersects and then test a point for shading. The first three problems have an a = 1, then final three have a is not equal to one.
Because this includes graphing, you will want to cover how to graph absolute value first. If you are needing notes on how to graph, please check out my notes here.
I also have notes that cover this method of solving absolute value inequalities here.
Key in included.
