This activity allows students to do what they are always begging for -- to escape from school!

This digital breakout activity contains practice problems in which students solve equation word problems. Pass out a copy of the handout with the problems and students enter the various codes into the digital Google Form to check answers.

My students love this activity and is a great way to allow them to self-check their skills.
