Great product! Using it for my Summer school intergrated math 2 students needs to refresh previous material
Thank you! I'm glad it was helpful for your Summer school class. I have several more Algebra 2 resources that you might also find helpful. Have a great Summer! :)
Great product!
Thank you very much! I am glad it was helpful for you. Please let me know if there are other topics you would like me to post in a similar lesson plan format.
A good mix of examples for reviewing how to solve equations. Great reminders of using PEMDAS in reverse and that special cases exist, even with linear equations. Well done, Scott!
Thank you Carrie! I came up with the idea that PEMDAS can be used in reverse when solving equations (and forward when simplifying expressions). I tell my students to remember that it is in alphabetical order: PEmdas - SImplifying & SAdmep - SOlving!
Very clear explanation and examples. Great job, Scott!
Clear, useful lesson!
This was excellent - concise, clearly explained, and with a variety of examples that demonstrated the central focus of the lesson.
Great stuff! The examples and steps are clear.....very user-friendly!
Very clear and to the point. In six problems, you address standard examples, word problems, and the exceptional cases like equations with all real numbers as solutions. I also really like how the lesson explains that the steps we follow are order of operations followed in reverse order.
