Description
Students need to use inverse operations to solve 15 multi-step equations. Questions are scaffolded and start with 2 step equations, then distribution and combining like terms are added on. This is a digital interactive activity, so students click on an answer and it will tell them whether they are correct or not. This activity is one that students can do on their own, in or out of the classroom. It can be assigned through Google Classroom or shared through a link. Full worked out solutions are provided for students as well. Purchase also includes a handout for students to show their work on.
When you assign this google slides presentation, post it so that students can view (avoid editing permissions) and they need to click “present” for the feedback to work.
There is also a printable card sort version of this activity:
Includes:
- Google slides activity with 15, multi-step equations to solve
- Instruction slides
- Full worked out solutions
