Solving One Step Equations- Digital Matching Activity

Looking for an online activity? This resource is PERFECT for e-learning. This is a fun and engaging matching activity! This is a Google Slides resource that can easily be uploaded to Google Classroom so the students can work at their own pace.

Within this activity students will solve 12 one step equations for the given variable (3 adding, 3 subtracting, 3 multiplying, 3 dividing). This activity includes both positives and negatives! Students will first drag and drop a piece that shows what inverse operation they used to isolate the variable. Students will then drag and drop the correct answer to the equation.

This was a great resource to help my students identify what is going on in the problem and what steps to do to solve it. I had many students who said "This is easier than it looks!"
