Description

This editable 6th grade math foldable provides students with organized notes and practice problems for solving one-step equations. The tabs are organized as follows:

  • Using Subtraction
  • Using Addition
  • Using Division
  • Using Multiplication

This foldable now includes two options - Option 1 includes positive numbers, only and option 2 includes integers!

Under each tab, students will write the corresponding property of equality, then solve two examples & graph the solutions on the number line provided.

used the Solving One Step Equations Editable Foldable Notes in my special education math class. The foldable format was perfect for students to engage with the material and easily paste into their math notebooks for reference. Having editable notes allowed me to tailor the content to my students’ needs. This hands-on resource helped reinforce concepts and provided a useful study tool for ongoing review.
