Description

Solving One Step Equations Partner Worksheet

This product includes two worksheets. Each worksheet has 11 one step equation problems (integer all operations) and an answer key.

For the partner activity, group students into pairs and assign each student to be either partner A or B. Students will start working on problem #1. When they complete that problem they need to check in with their partner. Each partner has different questions but partner A and partner B will have the same answer so they can easily check their work. For example, the answer for #1 on both worksheets is x=12. If the partners do not have the same answer then they need to go back and look through each other's work in order to find the mistake.
