Description

These slides introduce your students to TEKS 4.9B and D/CCSS 4.MD.B.4, solving multi-step problems using data. Slides include the learning goal/success criteria, real-world connections, vocabulary, a mini lesson with checks for understanding and guided practice, and end with printable exit tickets (open-ended format and multiple choice). The slides introduce basic concepts and then add rigor to the questions to get your students thinking on a higher level.

Use these slides whole group, small group, or as a tool for gradual release to partner/independent practice. We've done the searching and writing so you can focus on the teaching!

This resource is non-editable in the PDF format. If you'd like an editable version, check out the PPT file format also available in our TpT store. Arial and Courier New fonts are used throughout to help support dyslexic readers. Links to relevant YouTube videos provided (when applicable) and image sources are cited.
