This is an easy to prep guided notes page that teaches students how to solve quadratics using the square root property. It is assumed that students already have a foundation for how to simplify radicals.

These notes address when using the square root property is best (when there is no b-value OR if the expression is a perfect square trinomial).

It is easy to prepare. Just print the two pages front and back and students fold in half to create a one-page "booklet" - great for Interactive Student Notebooks!
