Description
Students practice solving Two Step Linear Equations in order to crack the code! The 12 problems are split into three sets of four problems. After solving 4 equations correctly students use the solutions to answer a review math problem that leads to a number in the combination. They continue until they have determined all three numbers in the code. An engaging story about why the combination is important will hook students from the start. Option to print a worksheet for each student or to assign as a Google Form with a printable answer recording sheet. Great for the 7th-grade unit on equations, or as a start of the school year review for 8th and 9th graders.
