The Sound Bakery Center helps students practice identifying and sorting beginning sounds in a playful, highly engaging way.

Students will pick a picture card, stretch the first sound, and “bake” it into the correct sound tray. For an added challenge, they can create silly sentences using their sorted cards!

Students choose 2–3 cards and create a silly sentence such as:
