5 Google Forms Quizzes or Daily Warm-ups for practicing Spanish Interrogative Question Words.
Spanish Question Words - 5 Google Forms
Each Google Form contains the same 5 questions but asks students to work with the questions in different ways on each form - increasing in difficulty.
Form #1 - Fill in the blank with the correct question word - multiple choice & self-correcting
Example: ¿___ te llamas? Options: a) Qué b) Cómo c) Cuál d) Por qué
Form #2 - Choose the correct answer to the question - multiple choice & self -correcting
Example: ¿Cómo te llamas? Options: a) Yo soy atlético. b) Tengo 14 años.
c) Me llamo Ana. d) Te llamas Ana
Form #3 - Answer the question - short answer text (no answer key to allow open-ended answers)
Example: ¿Cómo te llamas? Answer: __________ (short answer)
Form #4 - Fill in the question word - short answer text (self-correcting)
Example: ¿____ te llamas? Answer: _Cómo_
Form #5 - Translate the whole question into Spanish (no answer key so students are penalized for tiny mistakes)
Example: What is your name? Answer: _¿Cómo te llamas?_______
Some of the Forms are self-grading assignments. You and your students will receive instant feedback. Students will see which questions they got correct and incorrect. As the teacher, you can view individual responses, graphs showing how the class did as a whole, and most frequently missed questions. All to better help you plan your next lesson!
These would make a week of great warm-ups after introducing question words.
