Description

Have your students review negative and positive informal tú commands with this fun, editable, engaging and low prep game of knowledge and chance. Students show their knowledge while the dice determine their scores!

The game:

In small groups students choose or write out the correct command given to a person for 20 different pictures. Each student who writes the correct answer gets to roll a die. The number they roll determines the points they receive for their answer. Almost no prep - the game is fully created - you just need dice (physical or digital) and each student needs something to write on and something to write with (I prefer mini white boards but paper also works for the activity). There are Six versions of the game - all positive commands, all negative commands and a mix of the two. All three choices have 2 versions. Version 1 asks the students to choose the correct command form from four options and version 2 is where the students have to write out the correct command. The commands use high frequency verbs, with and without pronouns and there are many high frequency irregulars. This game can be used as a whole class activity or students can easily run it in small groups from their computers.

Included:

1. Six versions of the game on Google Slides (each including a student instruction slide, 20 question slides, answer slides and point value slides)

2. Teacher instructions for the game

This is an activity on Google Slides that requires that you have a Google drive to download and that you allow Tpt to place it there.
