Description
Are you tire of students not mastering the Spanish version of the TPRI or most commonly know in Spanish, Tejas LEE? Your students can be successful if perhaps they are locking the visuals that some students need in order to master an objective. As we know, Tejas LEE is an auditory evaluation; however, some students take longer to develop the auditory skills to master an objective. For this reason, I developed a visual version of the Tejas LEE to train my students to begin visualizing what is required by the evaluation. The visual - Spanish phonetic awareness practice for Tejas LEE is composed of large cards that fit the whole page. Each skill comes with "I can... or Yo puedo..." card. The font used in these cards are Century Gothic size 80. Each card has been illustrated to train students to form not only a mental picture of the word but to understand the vocabulary too. The cards are for Kindergarten and First grade. Each grade level has its own practice skill cards. Take a look at the preview and see if you can use these cards in your classroom.
